Arsenal defeated West Ham at home to move to fifth ahead of West Ham in the English premier league which is the first home defeat of the hammers since August.



Alex song 20-yard shot was ruled out for offside.

Santi Carzola opened the score line by putting the visitor ahead with a penalty kick as a result of a foul by Wiston Reid.

Danny Welbeck netted the second,putting the visitor 2goals ahead.

Cheikhou Kouyate headed the only goal pulled back by the host.
