Proxy: 127.0.0.1 
Port: 8080
Set the new APN you created as default. 
==>  Goto simple server and click the connect button. 

How to use the 150mb on Java/Symbian phones

Create a new connection setting 

==> IP : 10.199.212.2
==> Port : 8080 
==> APN : web.gprs.mtnnigeria.net 
==> Homepage : http://nextapps.mtnonline.com
==> Username : web
==> Password : web
Set the it as default for browser and you are good to go.
